Online checkout can include consultation fee, platform fee, and applicable taxes.
Refunds follow /refund
Staff cancel may allow a consultation-fee refund. Missed visits and self-cancel are not refunded. Platform fee and GST stay.
Desk collections
Walk-in cash or offline UPI is settled by the hospital — not as a DoctrG platform refund.
Facilities
Subscriptions
Plans unlock capacity
Hospitals and own-clinic doctors may purchase or trial plans for seats and daily token limits.
Paid charges stay final
Purchases, renewals, and autopay are non-refundable once payment succeeds or the mandate is billed.
Cancel future renewals
Where the product allows, cancellation stops further charges but does not refund amounts already paid.

Acceptable use
No misuse
Do not use DoctrG for fraudulent bookings, impersonation, or unauthorized access.
Abuse has consequences
Repeated abuse may lead to account suspension and restricted access.

Patient booking refunds and facility subscription rules are stated in the Refund policy. By paying, you agree to that policy.
