If a doctor or assistant cancels your paid visit (video or in-clinic), you can request a consultation-fee refund from My Bookings. Platform fee and GST are not returned. Missed visits get reschedule only — no refund. Hospital and clinic subscriptions remain non-refundable. Full details are on /refund.
